Application Form to the Secretariat by mail.

Three pictures of your main products or
catalogue of your company
After screening, Acceptance Letter, an invoice, and
Entry Form for the Official Catalogue will be sent to
accepted exhibitors.

(3) Deadline of E-mail address submission
Inform your e-mail address to the Secretariat in order to send you ID and password for Exhibitor-only website (Official Web Catalogue).
Deadline of E-mail address submission: October 31 (Fri.), 2008
In case the application is accepted later on October 31, the deadline of E-mail address submission will be November 14 (Fri.).

December
(4) Submission of each application form
Each application form for construction, electricity,
rental furniture, hotels, etc. should be submitted by
each deadline.
